Frequently Asked Questions
Helpful information about ordering, flowers, delivery, and custom requests.
How far in advance should I order flowers?
For everyday bouquets, ordering a little ahead is always safest, especially during busy periods. For larger arrangements, special events, or custom requests, more notice is recommended so there is enough time to source and prepare the flowers properly.
Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?
Yes we do, if you order before 11am otherwise order will go into next day delivery.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photos?
Each arrangement is handmade and flowers are seasonal, so no two bouquets are ever completely identical. The overall style, size, and colour direction will be followed as closely as possible, but slight variations are part of what makes fresh flowers special.
Can I request specific colours or flower styles?
Yes. If you have a preferred colour palette, mood, or general style, that can usually be accommodated depending on what is in season and available at the time. The more notice you provide, the more flexibility there is.
Do you create custom bouquets for birthdays, weddings, or events?
Yes. Custom floral work can be arranged for birthdays, celebrations, gifts, weddings, and small events. If the order is more detailed or event-based, it is best to enquire early so planning and flower sourcing can be handled properly.
How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Refresh the water regularly and remove any fading blooms as needed. Good flower care will help them last as beautifully as possible.
Do you deliver, or is pickup available?
Yes we deliver to Maitland and Newcastle suburbs between the hours of 12-5pm Monday - Saturday. Pickup is also available
What happens if a flower is unavailable?
If a specific flower is unavailable, a suitable substitute in a similar tone, texture, or style may be used. This keeps the arrangement looking balanced and beautiful while working with seasonal availability.
